Took on the road with no idea of destination, all we knew is we are going to a hill station.. and after a lot of googling on our way. Here we are taking a break after destination was decided. Heading to Kaas plateau .....

It's not always the destination that matters.. look out of the window and see what's in your way. You ought to discover something.. stopped by this beautiful picturesque roadside hill. We climbed up to the top and the stunning view from there was worth the time we spent.

The moment we entered the main plateau ๐Ÿ˜surrounded by beautiful flowers, awesome foggy weather, it felt ethereal. Could resist to get out of the car and feel the fog, the wind, the nature... It's like I was a part of nature

Spread across 10 square kilometres in area and said to have 850 different species of flowering plants..Visit right after monsoon, while flowers are in full bloom. When I visited though the blooming was not in full force, I don't regret it..the weather was dumbfounding great.

These barricades to protect the flower beds from visitors stamping... While attempting to climb to the other side we were caught by the guard. We didn't intend to ruin the flower beds though.. save the plant and the planet ๐Ÿ˜‰

I wanted to jump off the cliff anf fly but ended up posing funny ๐Ÿ˜‚ if u stand at the edge, u may literally end up falling in the valley, the wild wind will do the job. You might though enjoy the fall..๐Ÿ˜‰ #Valleyfalling for free

U can enjoy the beauty of this waterfall from a distance, they have made a good platform for tourists for convenience. It's at a height that the crashing sound of water is very loudly audible and overshadows the unpleasant noise of crowd...

That's how the cascade of hills look from the echo point @Mahabaleshwar.. Mansoon is the best time to treat your eyes with the view of water flowing through it.. from a distance it seems as if milk is flowing, it looks so white on it..

I always procrastinate when it comes to trekking.. and this place made me regret everytime I didn't go for it... Karjat has its mesmerizing view from top, and yes getting to the top is really tough and back when I visited it felt very risky but it was worth taking the risk...

Its not just the nature that mesmerizes. It's the people, the idea and how they redefine narure.. Lavasa- A hill town surrounded by 7 hills, planned in a way to give the best feeling of nature. Just 60kms away from Pune city, a great weekend gateway for rejuvenation

This hill town has a lot of things to offer.. an array of quality food stores, most amazing part is this seating arrangement, right beside the lake.

Only after hiking for a km or 2 THIS was waiting for us.. The tents were well maintained, with comfy beds inside. There was no lights, only source was lantern at night. Slept with rain crashing n tent and woke up to the charter of birds. Yeah I was a part of nature a night!
